Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to expedite the proceedings of appeal dated 02.05.2023 pending on the file of the 1st 1/4

Respondent dispose the said proceedings within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently form a monitoring committee to intervene into the affairs of the Association and determine and enquire on oppression and mismanagement committed by the 3rd to 9th Respondents.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged an order of the second respondent before the first respondent and seeks a direction for its expeditious disposal. 2.Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The first respondent is now required to dispose of the appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks, after hearing all the parties who are likely to be affected by its decision.
