Crl.M.P.No.15329 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15329 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.20677 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20677 of 2022 by order dated 01.09.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that this Court had granted a weeks time to comply the conditions. Pursuant to which, the petitioner has duly complied with the condition by reporting before the respondent police for a period of four weeks.
