When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08.01.2021, Mr.T.Sundar Rajan, the learned counsel appeared for the appellant and submitted that he has given the change of vakalat on 02.08.2019. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and list the matter on 21.01.2021. On 21.01.2021, none appeared for the appellant in spite of the name of the counsel for appellant is listed in the cause list. Again the matter is listed for today (i.e. 02.02.2021), under the caption "for dismissal".
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Thus, it is to be construed that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the case.
