This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to pass necessary order to transfer the case in Crime No.1319 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police, to any other Investigation Agencies.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.1319 of 2016, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee.

3. At the stage of filing of Charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, it is not necessary to transfer the investigation to any other agency.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
