This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.P.Pugalenthi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner is required for enquiry since the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.2 of 2023.

4. In view of the above, the question of 'not to harass' cannot be entertained and the respondent police shall call the petitioner for enquiry as and when required.
