Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the application dated 27.02.2021 and to issue fresh Certificate of Registration in favour of the petitioner in respect of Vehicle Tractor with Baler bearing Registration No.TN 82 J 9067 after cancelling the certificate issued in favour of the 2nd respondent / Registered owner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the application dated 2702.2021 and to issue fresh certificate of Registration in favour of the petitioner in respect of the vehicle Tractor with Baler bearing Registration No.TN-82-J-9067 after cancelling the certificate issued in favour of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 27.02.2021 seeking issuance of fresh registration certificate bearing Registration No.TN-82-J-9067, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and also after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
