O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass final orders in TDP Case 01/24 as sought vide petitioner's representations dated 20.06.2025 and 30.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the TDP proceedings are over and report has been forwarded to the first respondent on 05.06.2025 and the first respondent is yet to pass orders on the Report of the TDP.

4. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will pass orders on the TDP Report within a reasonable time.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass final orders in TDP Case No.01/2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 and 30.06.2025, and pass orders on its own 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
