COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Revision petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Level) Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and set aside the order passed him in Crl.M.P.Nos.1905 and 1906 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.15 of 2017 dated 24.07.2017.

No appearance in both Crl.R.Cs C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these revisions have been filed against the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.1905 of 2017 and Crl.M.P.No.1906 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruchengode, wherein, the petitioner prayed for sending the signature to the handwriting experts which was dismissed. This petition has been preferred against the said order of dismissal.

2.When the Criminal Revision Case was taken up today for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions as the relief sought for by them has become infructuous.
