Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 21.06.2025 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings C.No.103/G/IS/2025, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband S.Abbas, S/o. Shoukath Ali, aged 36 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board), vide proceedings dated 28.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4592, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department and also produced a copy of the same.
3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.
4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
