This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4867 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2021.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
