O R D E R
This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed on this petitioners by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kanchipuram District at Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.4243 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019 "to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakhs only) before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram concerned in Crime No.24/2013 of Cyber Cell, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai and also to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders".

On being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition seeking for modification order and by taking into consideration the petitioners have deposited the amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, the condition imposed in the order dated 19.08.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4243 of 2019 calling upon the petitioners to report before the respondent daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders shall stand modified as follows: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
"The first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required. The second petitioner shall report daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of ten days from the date of receipt of this order and thereafter as and when required by the Police. All other conditions and observations made in the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.4243 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019 shall remain intact."
3. This criminal original petition stands disposed of accordingly.
