This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8873 of 2022 on 20.04.2022 to report before the concerned Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the end of the trial.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Principal District and Session Judge, Nagapattinam on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
