ORDER

The petitioner has filed the petition seeking direction to the first respondent to give police protection to his life and his family members and also his property.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give police protection to the petitioner and his property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
