ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action on the petition dated 07.06.2019 with CSR No.289 of 2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after conducting enquiry CSR has been closed as early as on 10.02.2020.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Further, the respondent police is directed to serve copy of the closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned Court.
