Mr. M. Elumalai, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the Third and Fourth Respondents.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third and Fourth Respondents, on instructions, states that the order dated 12.06.2019 in W.P. No. 14626 of 2019 passed by this Court has been complied by the Respondent by passing the order No. DII/SICG/309/Avijo/2009 dated 16.08.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not yet received the copy of the said order. In view of the same, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Third and Fourth Respondent has furnished a copy of that order to him today. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in 2/4

the matter, it is open to him to work out him remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
