This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to permit the petitioner and the members of his community to conduct Koothandavar Temple Festival on any of the following Fridays of this Tamil Year as per their rites, customs and religious believes and to provide police protection to the said festival in furtherance of the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2022.
