ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.01.2019 made in W.P.No.1150 of 2019.

2.It is represented that after disposal of the writ petition in W.P.No.1150 of 2019, the petitioner was called for personal hearing on several occasion. However, the petitioner not appeared before the Authority to enable the Authority to comply with the order. Further the petitioner was requested to produce civil death certificate and legal heir certificate from the competent Authority and only based on the said documents, order has to be passed. Due to the non cooperation of the petitioner, the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1150 of 2019 has not been complied with.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
