O R D E R

This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 01.08.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14924 of 2016.

2. On 08.11.2019, this Court, passed the following order:

"Today G.Ramesh, Sub-Inspector of 1/3

Police, P5 - M.K.B Nagar Police Station,Vysarpadi, Chennai, is present.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2014 has been completed, but, the closure report has not yet been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Recording the same, the police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the complainant and file the same before the jurisdictional Magistrate within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Post the matter on 22.11.2019, under the caption "for reporting compliance"."

3. Today, Mr.George Miller, Inspector of Police, P-5, M.K.B Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 600 039, is present.

4. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the closure report has been filed before the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, on 14.11.2019 and the complainant has also appeared before the Magistrate on 21.11.2019.

Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. 2/3
