ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant joint patta to the petitioners for the land comprised in S.No.258 to an extent of 1.96 acres situated at Moranapalli Village, Hosur based on the petition dated 06.09.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
