ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 23.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.22529 of 2024 in W.P.No.20591 of 2024, thereby granting an order of interim stay.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent by the proceeding dated 10.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 10.09.2024 before this Court. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
