Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue notice to the respondents herein and punish them for having committed an act of contempt of the order of this Court passed in WP.No.31799 of 2019 dated 08.12.2021.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having disobeyed the order of this Court passed in WP.No.31799 of 2019 dated 08.12.2021, thereby directed the fifth and sixth respondents to restore the name of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in No.16/18 admeasuring to an extent of 50 cents situated at Alandur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court passed in WP.No.31799 of 2019 dated 08.12.2021 has been complied with by the respondents.
