The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent fro willful disobedience of the order dated 11.04.2023 made in W.P.No.11095 of 2023 passed by this Court.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that order of the Writ Court has been complied with through the proceedings of the respondent dated 03.09.2024.

3. Since the appeal dated 09.02.2022 has been disposed of by the respondent herein through an order dated 03.09.2024, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 03.09.2024 in the manner known to them under law.
