ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 27.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.4806 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader furnished a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner of Hosur Corporation addressed to the Sub Collector, Hosur dated 03.10.2025. The said communication would indicate that the inspection had been conducted and the authorities found that there is no encroachment. They are in the process of implementing the Integrated Storm Water Scheme. Since the authorities found that there is no encroachment, the contempt petition stands closed.
