ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue provisional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

affiliation to them for the academic year 2016-17 for starting Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree Course, with 60 seats. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has passed an order granting provisional affiliation to the petitioner for conducting B.Pharm degree course for the Academic Year 2016-17 with 60 seats, vide proceedings No.Affln.I (4)/45772/2015 dated 30.11.2017.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that since the relief sought for herein has already been granted by the first respondent, it is unnecessary to pursue this writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
