O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online application dated 11.06.2024 seeking transfer of patta in respect of land situated in S.No.263/4 in Kalarampatty Village No.025, Pethnaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District to and in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs of his father deceased Muthusamy by demarcating and fix the F-Line and Boundary for Survey No.63/2, 63/3, 63/4, 63/5, 63/6, 63/7, 63/10, vide New Patta No.779, Old Patta No. 215 Kalarampatty Village No.025, Pethnaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District and Survey No.118, vide Patta No.466, Ariyampalayam Village No.028, Pethnaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property originally belonged to his father-Muthusamy and after his death, the property devolved on petitioner and other legal heirs. The petitioner submitted an online application on 11.06.2024 seeking transfer of patta in the name of all the legal heirs. The same has not been considered by the respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/4

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 will be considered by the respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
