Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., First of every month at 10.30.a.m. till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30. am until further orders in Crl.MP.No.7167 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.14636 of 2020 by this Hon`ble Court dated 16.08.2021 and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7167 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14636 of 2021 on 16.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. first of every month at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
