This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.31 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of release of petitioner in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Since the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this court, the interim bail granted to him by this court in Crl.O.P.No.18282 of 2024 is cancelled today. Hence, nothing survives for modifying the condition in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
