The Petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as far as Respondent Police Station is concerned, there is no case or investigation pending against the Petitioner.
