ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue trip sheets to him to run the quarry licensed under order dated 25.08.2011 without any default until completion of the quarrying period.

It is the case of the petitioner that as against the order dated 6.11.2013, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent in the year 2014. 3.Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submitted that instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
deciding the present writ petition, the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, within a stipulated time.
4. Mr.T.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also agreed that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the impugned proceedings dated 6.11.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
