The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 04.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3798 of 2024 in Cr.No.83 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
