The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 39 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 29.11.2022 in M.C.No.213 of 2020 on the file of I Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Mr.G.Muthurasu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
