Heard both sides.

2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that this Court has disposed of the CMA.No.3266 of 2013 on 08.02.2021 itself and these CMPs should have been closed on that day itself. However, they have been inadvertently omitted to close the same.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has submitted that the first respondent died. He further submitted that the deposited amount has already been withdrawn by the claimant.

In view of the above, nothing survives in these petitions and hence, the same are dismissed.
