ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 11.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 8 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 8 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2021 has been considered and the complaint in C.S.R.No.934 of 2020 has been enquired and closed on 30.07.2020, the complaint in C.S.R.No.1231 of 2020 has been enquired and closed on 30.09.2020, the complaint in C.S.R.No.1693 of 2020 has been enquired and closed on 18.12.2020 and the complaint in C.S.R.No.632 of 2021 has been enquired and closed on 11.06.2021.

4. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered, since the enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
