ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to include all further similar complaints against the petitioner in the same FIR No.480/2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that in Criminal Procedure Code/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, it does not permit more than one complaint. If there are several victims, they will be shown as witnesses.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. However, the second respondent is directed to sight other victims including the petitioner, as witnesses in Crime No.480 of 2022 while filing final report.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands

disposed of.
