The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Erode to file charge sheet in so far relates to Crime No.7/AC/2013/ER dated 28.11.2013 before the Special Judge (Corruption Cases), Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the case in Crime No. 7/AC/2013/ER filed under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after due investigation, final report has been filed in C.C.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Court for Anti Corruption and Vigilance, Erode.
