O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2017 in accordance with law, and transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2017 on the file of the respondent No.3, to CBCID.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the son of the deceased Thimmaiyh. In suspicious of his father death, petitioner's brother gave a complaint to the respondent police and Crime No.3 of 2017 has been filed. Thereafter, there has been no progress in this case. Therefore, the petitioner made representation to the concerned officials to transfer the investigation from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the third respondent to any other Investigating Agency.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed, action was dropped on 23.09.2017 and the report has been sent to the concerned Magistrate.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
