This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.293 of 2016 for offences under Section 341, 294[b], 354, 465, 468 and 506[ii] IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
