Crl.M.P.No.15360 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15360 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.15896 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 pm until further orders as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12501 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15896 of 2022 by order dated 11.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12501 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15896 of 2022 by the order dated 11.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
