(Made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to enroll him as an advocate within the time stipulated by this Court, on the basis of his representation dated 07.08.2023.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
