ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to file a final report in Crime No.450 of 2022 dated 13.05.2022 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the fourth respondent has registered a case in Crime No.450 of 2022 on 13.05.2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, fourth respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.450 of 2022, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the fourth respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
