The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online application in Application No.2024/N103/06/007952 dated 03.07.2024 seeking change of patta.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the property situated in Old Survey No.329/7 New Survey No.329/7 at Dharmaraja Kovil Street, Pazhampettai Village, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, from one Ammu under a registered sale deed dated 18.06.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for change of patta in Application No.2024/N103/06/007952 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.07.2024 in Application No.2024/N103/06/007952 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
