Aggrieved over the Patta granted in favour of the respondent No. 4, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the respondent No. 2 on 23.03.2013. As the said appeal, though preferred on 23.03.2013, is yet to be disposed of by the respondent No. 2, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

3. Taking note of the pendency of the appeal before the respondent No. 2 and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the pending appeal of the petitioner dated 23.03.2013 and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as private respondents.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
