The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 323 & 506(ii) IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.251 of 2015 and the same was closed.
