Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.21190 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021. on condition that the petitioners are report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30.A.M. until further orders passed by this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.KALAIKOVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21190 of 2021 on 12.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
