This Criminal Original Petition for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.129 of 2020 and file final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the investigation in Cr.No.129 of 2020 was completed and infact the case has been tried and ended in acquittal on 12.11.2021. He has also circulated the judgement copy, wherein, it appears that the petitioner herein been examined as P.W.1 on 26.08.2021.

3. In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
