This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 20.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.125 of 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mannargudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
