O R D E R
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.OP.No.2212 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.OP.No.2212 of 2022 directed the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks, but no action has been taken by the respondent police. After issuing pre contempt notice to the respondents herein the present contempt petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on considering the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.47 of 2022 the same had been culminated into FIR in Crime No.48/2022 on 17.10.2022 for the
3 Cont.P.No.2192 of 2022 offences under Section 505(2) & 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
4. However, now the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had given a complaint on 12.01.2022 followed by a complaint on 18.01.2022. The direction sought for was to register the complaint dated 18.01.2022 which the respondent had failed on the other hand had registered the FIR on the complaint dated 12.01.2022
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that any complaint given subsequent to earlier complaint would plea a further statement.
6. In view of the same, the earlier complaint dated 12.01.2022 registered as FIR, the petitioner's complaint dated 18.01.2022 would be considered as the further statement when the petitioner's statement is recorded. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 01.12.2022, on that day the composite statement of the petitioner shall be recorded.

7. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition, accordingly closed.
