ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh, J.) Seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.3980 of 2017 on 17.02.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.Today, a common counter pertaining to Contempt Petition Nos.759 and 1034 of 2017 has been filed by the Commissioner Poonamallee Municipality. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent herein has complied with the directions issued by this Court. To that effect, the respondent has also produced photographs before this Court that the encroachments have been evicted on 27.08.2018.

4.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner raised a plea that the earlier order of this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, in open Court, he was served with the photographs by the learned counsel for the respondent.
