J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the issues between the parties to the lis on hand had already been settled through Mediation Centre.

2. In view of the settlement, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the appeal suit. The appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee as per the rules in force.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.251 of 2017 stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
