Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to refer the industrial dispute that has arisen pursuant to the failure report dated 26.03.2019 made in Na.Ka. No.258/2018 by the 2nd respondent to Labour Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to refer the industrial dispute to the Labour Court consequent upon the failure report of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.258/2018 dated 26.03.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent contended that the matter has been referred to the Labour Court, Salem, and the same has been numbered as ID 36/2022 and this is not disputed by the counsel for the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
